Fair Shot exists to address the 94% unemployment rate among adults with learning disabilities.

Through our programmes, we equip people with the skills, confidence and experience they need to access paid employment, and support them to sustain it.

But our impact goes beyond the people we directly support.

We work with employers to build confidence in recruiting and retaining people with learning disabilities, and to create more neuroinclusive workplaces. Our café challenges perceptions every day by putting people with learning disabilities at the heart of a busy, customer-facing workplace. Our graduates' stories, shared through our coffee and events, show what is possible, while highlighting how much needs to change.
