For three years, we have supported young people with learning disabilities to make the transition from training into sustainable employment. Our Centre of Excellence has tested and refined how we track learners’ progress, how we identify the right roles and venues for them, and how we support employers feel equipped to both hire and retain people with learning disabilities.
